Grey Zabel Injury: Navigating heel issue

Zabel was estimated as a limited practice participant in Wednesday's walkthrough due to a heel injury, John Boyle of the Seahawks' official site reports.

Zabel has started every game during his rookie campaign and has logged 100 percent of Seattle's offensive snaps in all but one contest. It's unclear at this point if he's in any danger of missing Sunday's Week 11 NFC West clash against the Rams.
