Matt Gay News: Elevated for Week 13

The 49ers elevated Gay from the practice squad to the active roster Saturday, and he will serve as the 49ers' starting kicker against the Browns on Sunday.

Gay will kick for the 49ers for a second consecutive week due to the absence of Eddy Pineiro (hamstring). Gay made both of his field-goal attempts and both of his extra-point tries during the 49ers' Week 12 win over the Panthers.
