Penei Sewell Injury: Upgrades to limited practice

Sewell (ankle) practiced in limited fashion Thursday.

Sewell didn't practice at all Wednesday, so his level of involvement is a positive step. That sets him up to potentially suit up in Week 11 against the Eagles, though his practice participation Friday should provide a clearer picture.
