Tony Pollard Injury: Expected to play Sunday
Pollard (ankle) remains listed as questionable but is expected to play Sunday against the Texans, Adam Schefter of ESPN reports.
After limited participation in practices Wednesday and Thursday, Pollard sat out Friday's session, though his absence may have been maintenance-related more than anything. Pollard looks as though he'll be in line to lead the Tennessee backfield, though official word on his status won't arrive until the team posts its inactive list 90 minutes prior to Sunday's 1 p.m. ET kickoff. With Tyjae Spears (concussion) out for the season finale, Pollard could handle close to a full workload if he's truly healthy. Though the 3-13 Titans have little to play for in Week 18, Pollard has plenty at stake; he could earn $250,000 if he gets 83 rushing yards to bring his total to 1,100 for the season, and he would earn another $200,000 if he scores two rushing touchdowns.
