Rest-of-Season Projections
Declares for 2026 NFL Draft
Tyson (hamstring) will enter the 2026 NFL Draft, per Matt Zenitz of CBSSports.com.
ANALYSIS
Tyson is widely expected to be one of the first wide receivers off the board after a stellar career in Tempe, in which he totaled 136 catches for 1,812 yards and 18 touchdowns over 21 games across the last two seasons. He's also not expected to suit up for Arizona State's bowl game against Duke on Dec. 31. It's worth noting Tyson missed three games with a hamstring injury and was knocked out of the Sun Devils' final regular season game against Arizona, and it'll be interesting to see how that impacts his pre-draft process.

No. 8 prospect per Yates
Field Yates of ESPN.com ranks Tyson as the eighth-best prospect ahead of the 2026 NFL Draft and first amongst wide receivers.
ANALYSIS
Yates has Tyson and Ohio State's Carnell Tate neck-and-neck on his prospect list. Tyson was limited to just nine games during the 2025 collegiate season due to a hamstring injury, but he finished with 61 catches on 100 targets for 711 yards and eight touchdowns while dropping only one pass. The Arizona State product projects as a pass-catcher with excellent hands who is a "natural separator" from defenders, and Jordan Reid of ESPN.com mocks Tyson to the Browns with the sixth-overall pick of the draft to join up with Jerry Jeudy and Harold Fannin.
