Norton is back in Atlanta for a second season and will serve as the Falcons' swing tackle. He made three starts in place of Kaleb McGary in 2023.
Norton served as the Chargers' right tackle in 2021 after Bryan Bulaga went down in Week 1 with a core muscle injury which forced him to miss the remainder of the season. Besides being sidelined due to COVID-19 in Week 17, the 6-foot-7 behemoth would go on to start every game for Los Angeles. With Bulaga since released, Norton is in line to handle right tackle duties once again in what should be another high-scoring season for the Chargers.
A hulking presence at 6-foot-7, 317 pounds, Norton is expected to compete for a depth role at either tackle side.
