Chandler Phillips

Unlike some of the other rookies, Phillips had a quicker start to the year with a pair of top-25s in his first four starts and a T3 at the Valspar Championship in March. He never had a finish better than T10 thereafter, but did enough to finish inside the top-100 of the FedExCup. Phillips' ball-striking metrics are average at best with his strength being driving accuracy, and he gained strokes putting in 10 of his last 13 tournaments. He projects as a career grinder type player with a steady floor, with the potential to compete on shorter tracks. Read Past Outlooks
