2025 Fantasy Outlook
Bezuidenhout made the TOUR Championship for the first time in 2024 after a strong season that saw him rack up 12 top-25 finishes. He was able to overcome ranking 144th in SG: Off-the-Tee with strong play through the rest of his bag. The South African was 58th in SG: Approach, 44th in SG: Around-the-Green and 20th in SG: Putting. The driving issues are still a definite concern, especially playing on longer courses, but he's shown to be one of the top putters on Tour for the last few years. As long as the approach play follows then Bezuidenhout should be in for another solid campaign in 2025. Read Past Outlooks
T13 at the Genesis Scottish Open
Bezuidenhout fired a four-under par 66 in the final round Sunday at the Genesis Scottish Open to finish in a tie for 13th.
ANALYSIS
Bezuidenhout made steady improvements in his game in each round of the Genesis Scottish Open. He opened with an even par 70, which set behind most of the top contenders. But with a two-under par 68 on Friday, Bezuidenhout was able to make the cut to play the weekend. He was able to battle through a tough start to round three to salvage an under par round after closing strong with an eagle on the par-5 16th. This then allowed him to go into Sunday with momentum and post six birdies in the final round to post a final round four-under 66. Bezuidenhout relied on a balanced game, which is something that he can lean on next week at The Open in Ireland.

2022
Bezuidenhout was unable to build off a solid 2021-22 campaign, posting just one top-10 over 28 events. Nonethless, he still made over two-thirds of cuts and it was enough to retain his card for another season. The South African is held back by his lack of distance off-the-tee and an average iron game, which puts a lot of pressure on his typically reliable short game. Bezuidenhout will likely struggle against stronger fields, meaning he'll need to take advantage of non-signature events at shorter venues.
