2025 Fantasy Outlook
Hardy is fully exempt for the 2025 season thanks to his win at the Zurich Classic back in 2023 with Davis Riley. That's the good news. The bad news is that 2024 was a major struggle for Hardy who had just two top-25 finishes and missed double-digit cuts. The 29-year-old had the worst putting season of his career and was also outside the top-170 in SG: Around-the-Green. Hardy did actually strike the ball pretty well, however, finishing inside the top fourth of the PGA Tour in SG: Off-the-Tee, SG: Approach and GIR percentage. If he can get back to some of the success he had on the greens a couple years ago combined with the ball-striking improvements from 2024, there's still talent here that's worth keeping an eye on. Misses cut in Bermuda
Hardy missed the cut by one stroke at this past week's Butterfield Bermuda Championship, carding rounds of 73-68.
ANALYSIS
Hardy converted 11 of 15 scrambling opportunities, but he tallied only five total par-breakers throughout his 36 holes at Port Royal, ultimately missing his second cut in three starts dating back to the Shriners Children's Open. He drops to No. 144 in the FedExCup Fall standings ahead of The RSM Classic, where he notched a top-25 finish last year when he ranked fourth among the field at Sea Island in driving distance.

2022
Hardy had a rough rookie season in 2021-2022 and although he failed to crack the top-125, he managed to parlay his reduced starts into a great season this past year. Though it was a great season on the surface, there are some concerns. First, his biggest check came at the Zurich, which is a team event. Second, he earned most of his money during the fall portions of the season. Hardy needs to improve against top competition if he's to take the next step. As for this season, he set the bar too high to be considered in a a salary cap league.
