However, now that the Super Bowl has come and gone, you have no excuse for not giving your fantasy team your all. It's not too late to help your team, especially on the power play. Michael Cammalleri, LW, NJD – You may think of Cammalleri as a goal-scorer, but this year he's been more of a distributor, especially on the power play. Of his 10 power-play points, nine have been assists. Five of those helpers have come in his last seven games. Cammalleri might end up finding some more goals in the near future. His shooting percentage is 9.3. That's not an unusually low number, but it's the lowest percentage he's had since the 2007-08 season.
Kyle Turris, C, OTT – Turris has tallied 11 power-play points in 51 games, including six in his last 13 contests. His minutes with the extra man have also been up in that time, as he's averaged 3:19 of power-play time. The last couple of years with Ottawa, he's averaged 3:14 a game with the extra man, so power-play time is not new to him. Two seasons ago, when he was healthy, Turris had 16 power-play points, so this is not out of the ordinary for him.

That has changed, thanks in part to three power-play helpers in his last five games. Throw in a couple of power-play goals, and that gives Lee five points with the extra man over his last seven contests. Overall, he's only averaged 2:19 per game with the extra man, but over his last 11 contests it's been 3:29.
Sebastian Aho, LW, CAR – As a rookie, Aho was perhaps eased into the lineup, but recently his power-play minutes have seen a real uptick. Over his last seven games, he's played 3:53 a night with the extra man. Aho has given the Hurricanes no reason to reel back those numbers, as he's notched five power-play points in that time. Obviously, as a 19-year-old playing in his first NHL season, Aho's track record does not extend all that far into the past. What we've seen so far has been encouraging though, to be sure.
Matt Niskanen, D, WAS – Niskanen is owned in a decent number of leagues, but his availability is wide enough that he's still worth mentioning. Plus, he's been fantastic recently, so if you have the chance, you'll probably want to scoop him up. He's notched a whopping seven power-play points across his last 11 contests, making him one of the most prolific power-play producers over the last 30 days. On the other hand, he only has nine power-play points total, but considering that he had 16 with the extra man last season, there's reason to believe his hot streak isn't a total fluke.
Nathan Beaulieu, D, MON – While Montreal's defense has gotten healthier, Beaulieu's power-play production hasn't dropped off entirely. He's got three power-play points over his last nine tilts, giving him 10 total. Beaulieu also averaged 2:46 over those nine games, which means he's still getting the minutes. He's also never had more than three power-play points in a season before this one, so we are in uncharted territory here. However, finding power-play help from the blue line can be tricky this time of year, so Beaulieu is still worth a pickup in many formats.
