John Leonard News: Hat trick in AHL win

Leonard scored three goals in AHL Grand Rapids' 3-0 win over Milwaukee on Wednesday.

Leonard has five goals and an assist over his last four games. The 27-year-old has received a couple of looks in the NHL this season, in part thanks to a dominance at the minor-league level. He has 25 goals and 13 helpers over 28 outings with the Griffins. He has also netted eight game-winning tallies in the AHL.
