Joshua Roy News: Not reassigned after all

Roy was not reassigned to AHL Laval on Friday as previously reported, and he remains with the Canadiens.

Montreal's roster is still compliant, so it appears some wires got crossed in the team's previous announcement. Roy will remain in contention for bottom-six minutes as long as he's with the big club.
