2025 Fantasy Outlook
The Wild have long-awaited the time that their first-round selection in 2022 would come over from the KHL, and Yurov is finally set to join the Wild for the 2025-26 season. The 21-year-old is coming off a down season, scoring 13 goals with 12 assists in 46 games with KHL Metallurg, but that's only a down season due to the high bar he set in 2023-24 -- 49 points on 21 goals and 28 assists in 62 games -- the most points scored by a KHL player under-21 in league history. Because there's a spot in the lineup and likely on the second power-play unit to be had for Yurov right away, a 30-40 point campaign isn't a crazy expectation to set, as long as he adjusts well to North America and stays healthy. Scores against Winnipeg
Yurov scored a goal in Sunday's 3-0 victory over the Jets.
ANALYSIS
Yurov scored his third goal of the season with a snap shot at the 8:23 mark of the second period. The playmaker has been skating on the first line of late and has been productive in recent games, collecting four points (one goal, three assists) over his last four appearances. He should remain a player to keep close tabs on as long as he remains in a top-six role, although he's holding that spot due to the absences of Marco Rossi and Ryan Hartman due to lower-body injuries.

Latest Fantasy Rumors
Could see more consistent ice time
Yurov could see more consistent time in the Wild's lineup soon since Marco Rossi is expected to miss some time due to a lower-body injury, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports.
ANALYSIS
Yurov was a healthy scratch for Minnesota's first three games in November, but he's been back in action over the past three matchups. Over 13 appearances to begin the year, he's logged two goals, nine hits, five blocked shots and a minus-5 rating while averaging 9:51 of ice time. While it's not yet clear how much time Rossi will miss, Yurov's playing time could increase in his absence, while the Wild could also enter the market for a center.
