Bound for Michigan
Ivankovic is set to announce his commitment to the University of Michigan, NHL Insider Jeff Marek reports Monday.
ANALYSIS
Ivankovic will make the jump to the NCAA after a solid 2024-25 campaign with OHL Brampton that saw him post a 25-12-3 record, .903 save percentage and two shutouts in 43 regular-season games. While not a lock to be the Wolverines' No. 1 netminder this year, Ivankovic should at least be in the mix and will likely still play significant minutes even in a split-net situation. Selected by the Predators in the second round of the 2025 NHL Entry Draft, Ivankovic will likely spend a year or two developing at Michigan before making the jump to the professional ranks.
