The week's best waiver pickups include Quinton Byfield, who offers upside from his points and pucks on net, which have been on the rise since the beginning of February.

The Golden Knights and goalie Adin Hill could have an easy night against the Blackhawks who are ranked 29th in goals per game.

Evan Berofsky's pickups this week include Jeff Skinner, whose work with Leon Draisaitl as his center the last two matchups resulted in a goal, two assists and four shots.

Evan Berofsky recommends players with multiple games before the 4 Nations Face-Off starts, including Utah forward Nick Schmaltz, who should post sufficient stats as a lead player in all attacking situations.
2023 Fantasy Outlook
Neighbours spent about half of last season in the St. Louis lineup, managing a mere six goals and 10 points in 43 games. He missed a month late in the year with an upper-body ailment before returning for the Blues' final 13 games. The No. 26 overall pick in 2020, Neighbours, has the look of a hardworking, high-floor prospect who is best suited for a bottom-six energy role at the NHL level. It's not a skill set that projects to lead to fantasy production down the road, but there's still likely another level to be found in the 21-year-old's offense.
