Jonas Johansson

There's nothing particularly special about Johansson's numbers, but the last two years with the Lightning have solidified his status as an NHL backup. He went 9-6-3 with a 3.14 GAA and a .895 save percentage over 19 contests in 2024-25, which earned him a two-year contract extension. Johansson doesn't get much playing time outside of whenever Andrei Vasilevskiy is unavailable, and therefore, Johansson is not a strong fantasy option since he doesn't have elite numbers. He'll likely get 20-25 games per season at roughly replacement-level performance. He's a streaming option in good matchups but won't be rostered long-term in standard fantasy formats.
