Four home games for Ottawa this week could give Senators skaters a boost for the fantasy semifinals.

Riser Mason McTavish, is having a strong season for the Ducks, including recording a pair of helpers Thursday and has racked up four goals and eight assists over 12 outings in March.

Ryan Dadoun recommends a Capitals stack featuring Dylan Strome and Alex Ovechkin against the Flyers on Thursday night.

Jan Levine's risers for the week include Alex Tuch, who got back on the scoresheet Monday after two games off and now has seven goals in 12 contests.

Weegar had a decent 2022-23 season with 31 points in 81 contests, but it was his lowest scoring output in three years. The move from Florida's free-flowing offense to Calgary's more structured system likely played a large role, even with Weegar averaging 58 seconds of power-play time per game, his most in any season as a full-time NHLer. The blueliner also had 186 hits and 117 blocked shots last year while often pairing with Chris Tanev as a shutdown duo. Weegar's defensive chops can't be questioned, but Rasmus Andersson is the top offensive blueliner in Calgary, so it's tough to see Weegar getting more than second-unit power-play time. He's shown more offense in the past than he did last year, so he should be a solid third or fourth defenseman in most fantasy formats in 2023-24.
