2023 Fantasy Outlook
The No. 169 overall pick by the Lightning in 2017, Perbix was a regular on the Tampa Bay blue line by the time his first full professional season came to an end. In 69 regular-season games, Perbix posted five goals, 20 points and a plus-11 rating. The Minnesota native played four years of college hockey at St. Cloud State and was a member of the US Olympic Team in Beijing, so he has played against high-level competition prior to his NHL arrival. Perbix is a nice find for the Lightning and will be a regular for the club in 2023-24, but there's zero fantasy implications here.
