2023 Fantasy Outlook
There's no telling where Wright might begin 2023-24, or if he'll stay there all year. His age (19) means he'd likely be going back to OHL Windsor if he doesn't break camp with the Kraken, but he could get an exception to join AHL Coachella Valley if the Kraken want to pursue that path in his development. The center had two points in eight NHL games, 15 points in 32 AHL outings and 40 points over 24 contests in the junior ranks last year. Wright still has some wrinkles in his game to work out, so he'd likely benefit from another year outside of the NHL to become a more complete player, but there's no questioning his scoring talent.
