Laczynski signed a two-year, $1.55 million contract with the Golden Knights on Monday, per Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet.
ANALYSIS
Laczynski had 17 goals and 44 points in 49 regular-season games with AHL Lehigh Valley in 2023-24. He also has two goals and four points across 38 career NHL appearances. Laczynski should get a look during training camp, but he'll probably start the campaign in the minors.

Laczynski is a candidate to be sent down when Lukas Sedlak joins the Flyers, Olivia Reiner of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
ANALYSIS
Laczynski has played in a fourth-line role for the Flyers this season, and he hasn't done much to earn appreciation from head coach John Tortorella. Since Laczynski is still young, he'd benefit more from playing with AHL Lehigh Valley rather than sitting in the press box as a healthy scratch.
