Scheduled against UFC debutant

June 20, 2025
Dumas (not injury related) is scheduled to compete against fellow middleweight Jackson McVey at UFC 317 on June 28, per Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl.
ANALYSIS
April arrest and charges aside, Dumas will be back in a UFC octagon before 2025's second half. He takes on a promotion debutant both 6-0 and without any decision wins.
Arrested on multiple counts
MiddleweightUFC
Out
May 6, 2025
Dumas was arrested and detained in April on charges including home invasion, battery and possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, Damon Martin of MMAFighting.com reports.
ANALYSIS
Dumas last competed in April, when he was stopped in the first round by Michal Oleksiejczuk to drop his second fight in his last three trips to the Octagon. The UFC has historically not punished fighters for any type of non-fight-related misconduct outside of the organization and will presumably let the legal process play out. Don't expect a booking for Dumas any time soon, however, as he remains in policy custody with his next court date set for May 23.
No-shows UFC 314 defeat
MiddleweightUFC

April 12, 2025
Dumas lost to Michal Oleksiejczuk via TKO (strikes) at 2:49 of Round 1 at UFC 314 on Saturday in Miami.
ANALYSIS
It was a dreadful performance from Dumas. He appeared jumpy and out of sorts from the very start and was never able to get on track. He was eventually dropped by a combination and finished with a barrage of follow-up shots. Dumas was visibly upset with the stoppage, but referee Marc Goddard gave him multiple chances to get his act together, and it clearly wasn't happening. The definition of roster depth, Dumas is sporting a 3-3 record in his first half-dozen UFC bouts.
Draws Oleksiejczuk at UFC 314
MiddleweightUFC
Out
February 18, 2025
Dumas will take on Michal Oleksiejczuk in a middleweight matchup at UFC 314 on April 12, Marcel Dorff of Eurosport.nl reports.
ANALYSIS
Dumas has won three of his last four fights in the UFC, though he's not a particularly high-volume striker, and all of those wins were via decision. He now draws a UFC veteran in Oleksiejczuk, who happens to be on a three-fight skid, although each of those losses were against competition far better than the opponents Dumas has seen to date. Dumas will hold height and reach advantages, which will help in the striking game, though attacking Oleksiejczuk's 48 percent takedown defense might be prudent as well.
Out of bout vs. Reese

Dumas will no longer face Zachary Reese in a middleweight bout at UFC 311 on Jan. 18, Octagon Update reports.
ANALYSIS
It's unclear why Dumas was forced to withdraw from the upcoming bout at this juncture. The UFC is reportedly looking at options to replace him, but it's obviously extremely short notice with the fight scheduled for Saturday.
