Contact with Yuki Tsunoda
Formula One
July 1, 2025
Colapinto finished 15th in the Austrian Grand Prix Formula 1 race at the Red Bull Ring on Sunday afternoon.
ANALYSIS
After an early-race clash with Yuki Tsunoda and 5-second penalty from the stewards, Colapinto would spend the rest of the day trying to recover. The Alpine youngster would have another clash with Tsunoda later in the race and would be forced off track by the Red Bull Racing veteran, drawing his own 10-second time penalty. Once all the dust cleared he'd find himself mired in the back of the field. Colapinto would be able to recover a couple spots over the final laps of the race and finish a disappointing 15th-place in Austria.
