Connor Roberts Injury: Likely after international break

Roberts is expected to miss out until after the international break, according to manager Scott Parker, per Matt Scrafton of the Burnley Express. "Con is okay. He won't be ready for this weekend. The likelihood is that Con will probably feature back after the international break. He's had an injection and things seem to be progressing in the right way, so hopefully we'll see him after the international break now."

Roberts was close to a return from a muscular injury, but after an injection, he will now need more time. The defender is set to miss out on around three weeks, hoping to see the field after the international break. This does leave the club without some depth in the defense, as he is likely for a bench spot once fit.
