Gibbs-White is out for Thursday's match against Malmo due to an injury, according to manager Sean Dyche, per Sarah Clapson of the Nottingham Post. "We're just settling an issue down with him. We're hopeful it is nothing too serious, but he will miss this one. We're hopeful it will settle down pretty quickly, but we are waiting on further news. So far, it is nothing too serious."

Gibbs-White will hit the sidelines for at least one match moving forward, already ruled out for Thursday's match due to the issue. The good news for the attacker is that it has been claimed not to be too serious, possibly back for league action on Sunday when facing Brighton. The midfielder has only missed one start all season, so the club will miss him for at least the match, with James McAtee as a possible replacement in the midfield.
