Nouhou Tolo News: Back in Seattle

Tolo (not injury related) was spotted during Friday's training session, Niko Moreno of MLS.com reports.

The defender represented Cameroon during the recent international break, but he's back in training and should be an option to strengthen the back line when the Sounders take on the Earthquakes on Saturday.
