Alysson is nursing a knee injury and will likely have to wait a while before making his Aston Villa debut, according to Kurtis Leyland from Birmingham World.

Watkins left Thursday's Europa League clash against Red Bull Salzburg due to a suspected hamstring injury. After the game, manager Unai Emery said "He felt something, but not a lot. We will test him. Hopefully, we are thinking that is not a lot. I don't know if he will be available for Sunday.", per John Townley of Birmingham Live.

James (hamstring) is an option for Saturday's match against Arsenal, according to manager Daniel Farke. "He was out for such a long time, but you can see him more or less growing from session to session, from day to day. It is good to have him back."

Bijol (hamstring) is eyeing a potential return after their match against Nottingham Forest on Feb. 6, according to manager Daniel Farke. "Jaka will definitely also miss the Arsenal game," the boss said. "He is progressing in his rehab. We hope to have him back on the other side of the Nottingham game."

Worrall (undisclosed) is an option for Monday's match against Sunderland, according to manager Scott Parker, per Melissa Edwards of the BBC. "Both players should be back and available after training... they've had a full ten days, a week of training, so they're in a good place. Flem and Joe will be available, so that's good for us."
