Sailor (concussion) is out for Saturday's clash with Philadelphia, per the MLS injury report.

Sailor isn't an option for Saturday's match as he entered concussion protocols. The defender has yet to play with the senior team, but won't be a bench option for Saturday's match. His next chance to return is an April 6 clash with Toronto.
