March 14, 2023
Lallana (hamstring) is working his way back from hamstring surgery and is hopeful to begin running next week, he recently told My Albion TV. "I had surgery on my hamstring four and a half weeks ago, I'll be out running early next week. I will definitely be back before the end of the season if things keep going well."
ANALYSIS
Lallana has been out since late January with the injury and is still another month or so away from a possible return. He'll likely work without the ball for a couple weeks and then get into individual training. Finally, he'll start training with the team which will be another week or two of work, as he'll have to get back his match fitness, as well.
