Finn Becker
25-Year-Old
1. FC Nürnberg
Germany Bundesliga 2

Sold to Nuremberg
Becker has completed a transfer to Nuremberg from Hoffenheim, according to his former club.
ANALYSIS
Becker is ending his tenure with Hoffenheim after three seasons with the club, as the midfielder will join Nuremberg in the second tier of German football. He last started in seven of his 13 in the 2024/25 campaign, with the midfielder not having much of a role. That said, that was likely the season for his exit, hoping to return to the top flight in Germany if he can find success with Nuremberg.

Recovering slower than expected
Becker (knee) is rehabbing slower than initially expected and has yet to resume light training, manager Pellegrino Materazzo told media Friday. "It has taken longer than expected with Finn [Becker]. His knee had a reaction. I am happy though that Finn will be back in light training in one or two weeks," he said.

On right path of recovery
Becker (knee) is not too far along from returning to team training, therefore will not be an option for Saturday's match versus Bayer Leverkusen. "Becker is well on his way to being integrated into team training again, but that will take some time" said manager Pellegrino Matarazzo.
