Suffers muscle injury
MLiverpool
OUT
March 31, 2023
Keita suffered a muscle injury on international duty and could miss an extended period, according to manager Jurgen Klopp. "Naby is out, he came back with a muscle injury from the national team. We will see how long it takes but obviously the season is not too long anymore. There is a chance that Naby comes back but we have to wait a little bit."
ANALYSIS
It's not a positive update on Keita, who could miss the rest of the season with this injury, at least according to Klopp. It's been another lost season for him, as he's dealt with multiple injuries and even when healthy, he struggled for starts even though Liverpool were in need of midfielders.
