Ferguson (foot) is back on the training pitch and is "progressing" according to manager Patrick Viera but won't be ready in time for Sunday's match versus Leeds United.
ANALYSIS
Ferguson has been sidelined all season due to his foot injury and hasn't made a Premier League appearance for the club since Dec. 26 versus Tottenham. Given his extended layoff, Ferguson is unlikely to jump back into the starting XI right away and will have to work his way back up to match fitness. Even once fully fit, Ferguson is certainly not a lock to feature on a weekly basis.
