Lodi has agreed upon terms for a transfer from Marseille to Saudi Pro League side Al-Hilal, his former club announced Wednesday.

Lodi's time in France has come to an end after only spending half of a season with Marseille, having transferred to Al-Hilal in Saudi Arabia. The defender only managed 20 appearances across all competitions with Marseille, starting in all but one of those contests, registering 24 interceptions, 30 tackles and 43 clearances in the defense while notching 82 crosses and 28 chances created in the attack. The Brazilian should have no problem shaping out a role in his new team, as he brings a decent amount of experience to the table while also being a pretty good two-way player. With Ulisses Garcia recently joining the French side, expect him to take over some of Lodi's time in the starting XI after transferring out.
