Holmgren defeated Yosuke Watanuki in the third round of the Wimbledon qualifiers with a score of 6-4, 6-7, 3-6, 7-6, 7-6 on Thursday.

ANALYSIS
Holmgren registered 73 winners in the match, 12 more than his opponent. He produced 32 aces as well, 11 more than Watanuki. It will be Holmgren's first appearance in the main round of a Grand Slam. He will face France's Quentin Halys in the tournament opener.
