Sternberger made his one catch count, as his yardage total was a team high. The athletic tight end put together another efficient season on a per-catch basis in 2025, as he averaged 13.7 yards per grab on his 17 receptions, two which went for touchdowns. While Sternberger brought in only half of his 34 targets -- he'd posted a much better 69.4 percent catch rate in 2024 -- he's certainly capable of doing damage downfield against the vulnerable Panthers pass defense in Sunday afternoon's USFL Conference Championship Game.
