ANALYSIS
After signing a training camp contract with Phoenix back in January, Taylor was unable to make the team ahead of the regular season. The 23-year-old bounced around with three different clubs in 2024, averaging 2.6 points, 1.3 assists, 1.3 rebounds and 0.7 steals in 14.9 minutes per game over 22 appearances, and Taylor will now look to latch onto another team as backcourt depth.

2024 Fantasy Outlook
After beginning her college career at Texas, Taylor transferred to Duke for two seasons before settling at Ohio State for her fifth year of eligibility. Taylor posted 10.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, 3.4 assists and 2.5 steals per game in 2023-24, earning her Big Ten Defensive Player of the Year honors. The 5-11 guard is noted more for her ability on that end of the floor, but she shot a career-best 40.9 percent from the field last season while knocking down 1.3 three-pointers per game at a 32.0 percent clip. Taylor will have to earn her minutes as a rookie, as Indiana already has a strong backcourt in place in No. 1 overall pick Caitlin Clark and veteran Kelsey Mitchell. Taylor will primarily compete with Erica Wheeler, Kristy Wallace and Grace Berger for minutes in 2024.
