Satou Sabally

Sabally had relatively consistent production over her first three seasons in the league, but she had some absences that led to some slow stretches. However, she appeared in 38 games in 2023 and put together a career-best season in nearly every statistical category. The 25-year-old averaged 18.6 points, 8.1 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.8 steals in 33.1 minutes per game while shooting a career-high 43.5 percent from the floor and 36.1 percent from beyond the arc. Sabally re-signed with the Wings during the offseason, but she underwent shoulder surgery in February that is expected to keep her sidelined through the Olympic break. She has plenty of late-season potential if she can return at full strength, but Maddy Siegrist, Lou Lopez Senechal and Kalani Brown could see increased run over the first half of the year.
