Closer Watch

San Diego Padres – Remember that Craig Kimbrel guy? Man, I almost wrote him up as a BRAVE. You can't blame me, can you? Okay, so Kimbrel may not be the dominant closer he was in Atlanta, but he is starting to lower his ERA (3.91) through Thursday's games. Kimbrel locked down his 15th save of the season Thursday night, so he is promising moving forward. I mean, that's like 50 saves for the season, right?

Recommended Pickup

Avisail Garcia, OF, CHW – Okay, so Garcia may not be available in some leagues, but with the way he's been hitting of late he's worth consideration. Garcia has three homers and seven RBI over his last six games, and he's healthy and hitting well. Garcia's overall numbers show that he's not someone to dismiss, and while there was question on his overall consistency this season, Garcia is playing very well in 2015. Garcia is useful in almost all formats moving forward.

Other Recent Recommendations:Trevor May, Ben Paulsen, Carlos Correa, Carson Smith, Cameron Maybin, Joe Ross and Joey Butler.
