Weekly Pitcher Rankings: Second-Half Surge for Kershaw?

The first full week back following the midseason hiatus typically features relatively few ace two-start options because they're more likely to work the post-break weekend. There are a handful, though, including the best of the bunch as the Dodgers are giving Clayton Kershaw some extra time to freshen up for the second half.
