Michael Grove

Grove wasn't able to win a spot in the Dodgers' rotation out of spring training, but they put him in the bullpen and he might have found his niche as a reliever. The 28-year-old discovered more velocity in short bursts, and while he finished the year with a 5.12 ERA, a 3.87 FIP and 54:16 K:BB over 51 innings paints a better picture of how he fared. It's uncertain whether the Dodgers plan to stretch him back out in 2025 or keep him in the bullpen, nor is it clear what the status of Grove's shoulder injury is after he got hurt in the playoffs.
