2026 Fantasy Outlook
After missing the majority of the 2024 campaign due to a right shoulder injury, Beeter's 2025 campaign was delayed due impingement syndrome in the same shoulder. The 27-year-old was sidelined for about a month before he was activated from the injured list and optioned to Triple-A, where he continued his transition to a full-time relief role. Beeter was recalled by the Yankees in July, but allowed six earned runs across two appearances (3.2 innings) before he was sent back down. A subsequent trade to Washington gave the right-hander a path to the majors once again, where he flashed impressive stuff out of Nationals' bullpen. Among pitchers who threw a minimum of 200 sliders in 2025, Beeter's produced the best batting average against (.098) and 7th-best whiff rate at 49.1 percent. He struck out 32 across 21.2 innings with the Nats while pitching in high-leverage, but Beeter will need to overcome his poor command and persistent durability issues to reach his fantasy potential.
