2025 Fantasy Outlook

Hall was expected to be a major rotation piece for Milwaukee in 2024 after being acquired from Baltimore in the Corbin Burnes trade, but he allowed 14 earned runs in four starts before going down with a knee injury. He had a lengthy rehab assignment at Triple-A and returned there after being activated from the injured list. Hall rejoined the Brewers during the stretch run and primarily pitched in relief and had a 3.68 ERA and .210 batting average allowed in his final eight outings. His average fastball velocity of 93.4 mph was down over two ticks from 2023, and control continues to be an issue with a 4.4 BB/9. Hall should once again get a chance to secure a spot in Milwaukee's starting rotation during spring training, but a return to the bullpen wouldn't be surprising given his inconsistency.
