The veteran left-hander made just two starts for the Brewers in 2024 before suffering an elbow injury, for which he underwent a hybrid surgery (an alternative to Tommy John surgery) and missed the rest of the season. Miley was an effective rotation option for Milwaukee the year prior with a 3.14 ERA in 23 starts, but he's otherwise made just 11 additional appearances over the past three years. The 38-year-old can still bring some value to a big-league pitching staff, but he's unlikely to be available enough to be a target for fantasy managers.
