Kiermaier required hip surgery and was limited to 63 games last season, and the Rays declined his $13 million team option for 2023. He then landed a one-year, $9 million deal with the Blue Jays. He remains a strong defensive presence in center field and has a 96 wRC+ over the past three seasons with 23 steals during that stretch. That's mostly the limit of Kiermaier's fantasy appeal as he's hit above .250 just once in the past five years, and he's unlikely to rack up much for counting stats at the bottom of Toronto's order.
