2026 Fantasy Outlook
Moore is a versatile free agent this winter looking for a new opportunity and hoping to put a dreadful 2025 behind him. There was hope Moore could work his way into the lineup of leadfoot Dan Wilson and capitalize on his best skill - his speed. However, Moore could not hit well enough to stay in the lineup and was limited to pinch-running chances until he was designated for assignment by Seattle and picked up by the desparate Rangers who needed warm bodies to fill the roster this summer. Moore had more success in a small sample sie there, but there simply is not going to be much of a market for a 33 year old utility player who is best used in pinch-running situations and against lefties. This is, at best, a mono-league bench spot but this is a ubiquitous skillset at that phase of a draft where you should be looking for a modicum of upside that players of this age and skillset are unlikely to provide.
