Rest-of-Season Projections
2025 Fantasy Outlook
Agnos will compete for a spot in the Rockies' bullpen this spring. Colorado has no shortage of high-end relief pitching prospects, with Seth Halvorsen and Jaden Hill impressing in the big leagues late last season, but Agnos is right up there with them from a stuff standpoint. He boasts a mid-to-upper-90s four-seam fastball, a low-90s cutter, a slider and a splitter and has saved 44 games in the minors over the past two seasons. The 24-year-old righty logged a 1.95 ERA, 0.87 WHIP and 33 strikeouts in 27.2 innings at Double-A Hartford last year. Halvorsen is the Rockies reliever of the moment in fantasy, but there is a path for Agnos to be the team's closer by the end of 2025. Read Past Outlooks

Earns another save Thursday
Agnos picked up the save in Thursday's 4-3 win over the Giants after throwing a clean ninth inning. He didn't record a strikeout.
ANALYSIS
Agnos is now up to 7.1 scoreless innings so far to begin his major-league career. That said, the rookie right-hander has logged just one punchout in his first six appearances, so he hasn't necessarily overwhelmed the opposition. The Rockies don't figure to offer many save opportunities, but Agnos has earned saves in back-to-back games and appears to have worked his way into the ninth-inning mix alongside Seth Halvorsen and Tyler Kinley in Colorado's bullpen.
