Healthy but not starting
Millen (undisclosed) is healthy but not the starting quarterback for Colorado State's game Saturday at Colorado, Kevin Lytle of the Fort Collins Coloradoan reports.
ANALYSIS
Millen was able to practice last week. But after being Colorado State's starter for Week 1 and getting a week of rest, the Rams will opt to have Brayden Fowler-Nicolosi as their starting quarterback for their in-state clash next Saturday. Millen may have an opportunity to reclaim the starting role later on, but his stock will dip for now.

2022 Fantasy Outlook
Millen is set to be the starter in Fort Collins after appearing in two games for Nevada last season and attempting just two passes. The quarterback will man an offense that needs to replace a significant chunk of its receiving production after tight end Trey McBride departed for the NFL. The Rams do return their top two receivers, Dante Wright and Ty McCollough, as well as leading rusher David Bailey. Millen should have plenty of experienced weapons to utilize, although someone will have to step up and be the go-to receiver in the absence of McBride.
