Bernard rushed for at least 500 yards and posted more than 250 receiving yards in back-to-back seasons with Utah, but he opted to enter the transfer portal as a graduate transfer this offseason. However, it appears he couldn't find a suitable fit and will return to Utah to compete for a depth role in the Utes' loaded running back room during the 2023 campaign.
