2023 Rush/Rec Projections
2023 Fantasy Outlook
Entering his first season with the Wildcats and fifth collegiate season, Davis has some big shoes to fill as the projected starting running back. Davis is coming off of a 1,042 yard and five touchdown season as the leading rusher for Vanderbilt in 2022. The 5-foot-10 running back is a former three-star recruit who saw success against Kentucky last season, rushing for 129 yards and one score in their Week 11 battle. He brings a ton of experience to the Wildcats' running back room and is projected to take over the lead back role from Chris Rodriguez, who toted the rock 175 times over just eight games last season. Erupts in triumph
Davis logged 26 rushes for 280 yards and three touchdowns and caught a nine-yard touchdown pass out of the backfield during Saturday's 33-14 victory against Florida.
ANALYSIS
Davis stole the show against what was supposed to be a fearsome Florida front. He now has 11 touchdowns on the season, including eight in his last three outings. His toughest task to date will take place at No. 1 Georgia next weekend, though.

Past Fantasy Outlooks
2022
2021
Davis comes into the 2022 season with Vanderbilt as somewhat of a wildcard. He began his career at Temple where he accumulated 1,470 rushing yards and 10 touchdowns on 315 carries, but he opted out of the 2020 season after just four games and decided to enter the transfer portal. The Commodores expected a lot out of the running back his junior year, but a toe injury kept him out of all but three games, and he eventually got surgery on it in September. Davis has only participated in seven games over the past two years, but if he can replicate the season he had his freshman year, Vanderbilt will have an elite rusher on their hands.
