Omenihu is still expected to play in Sunday's NFC Championship Game against the Eagles despite his Monday arrest on suspicion of misdemeanor domestic violence, Nick Wagoner of ESPN.com reports.

Head coach Kyle Shanahan confirmed that the 49ers plan to let the legal process play out with the rotational defensive lineman after the organization spent the last two days further investigating Monday's incident between Omenihu and his girlfriend. For its part, the NFL also confirmed Wednesday that there won't be any change to Omenihu's availability while the matter remains under review pursuant to the league's personal conduct policy. The 25-year-old, who was limited in Wednesday's practice with an oblique injury, is therefore in line to suit up versus Philadelphia if he's healthy.
