2025 Fantasy Outlook
Okonkwo has started slowly in all three of his NFL campaigns, posting just 570 yards and two touchdowns in 30 games played in Weeks 1-11 compared to 887 yards and four touchdowns in 21 games played from Week 12 onward. Given that context, Okonkwo's strong finish to 2024 won't necessarily carry over to 2025; he caught 22 of 28 targets for 182 yards in Weeks 15 through 17 before a minor abdomen injury limited him to three snaps in Week 18. The 6-foot-3, 238-pound tight end relies on speed (4.52 40) and YAC ability more so than strength and size, which gives him potential to break big plays but can negatively impact his usage near the goal line. Okonkwo has just six touchdowns through three seasons and saw only one target inside the 10-yard line last season, while backup TEs Josh Whyle and Nick Vannett combined to score four TDs in 2024. The Titans bolstered their TE room by drafting Gunnar Helm in the fourth round this spring, but Okonkwo is still the favorite for playing time in passing situations, playing in an offense with a new QB (No. 1 pick Cam Ward) and weak receiving options behind WR Calvin Ridley. Bounces back against Colts
Okonkwo recorded four receptions on five targets for 53 yards in Sunday's 38-14 loss to the Colts.
ANALYSIS
Okonkwo bounced back from a surprising catchless performance in Week 7 to make a pair of deep catches that went for 23 and 18 yards. Even as Gunnar Helm has emerged in the Tennessee offense, Okonkwo's role has remained stable as he has at least five targets in three of the team's last four games. He's also produced at least 45 yards in all three of those contests, giving him a surprisingly competent baseline level of production given the state of the Titans' offense.

2022
Okonkwo got plenty of sleeper hype heading into 2023 after topping 40 yards in six of the last 10 games of his 2022 rookie season. His sophomore year ended up being similar to his rookie campaign, at least in terms of timing of his production, as he didn’t reach 40 yards in a game until Week 11 but then had at least 34 yards in each of the final seven games (in addition to scoring his lone touchdown of 2023 in Week 15). At 6-3, 238, Okonkwo is one of the league's smaller tight ends but also one of the fastest (4.52 40). The 2022 fourth-round pick hasn't exactly been reliable early in his career, dropping nine of 123 targets (7.3 percent). On the other hand, Okonkwo showed promising chemistry with quarterback Will Levis down the stretch last season, and he should get plenty of single coverage with wide receivers Calvin Ridley and DeAndre Hopkins drawing most of the defense’s attention. Those two also figure to get a large portion of the targets, but Tennessee seems to be heading in a more pass-heavy direction post-Derrick Henry, potentially setting the stage for Okonkwo to take another step forward.

Building early chemistry with Ward
Okonkwo has looked impressive in OTAs and minicamp, per Jim Wyatt of the Titans' official site.
ANALYSIS
Okonkwo's 13 catches in the five practices open to the media were the most by any Titans player, as the tight end has shown promising early chemistry with rookie quarterback Cam Ward. The Titans selected Gunnar Helm in the fourth round of the 2025 NFL Draft and still have 2023 fifth-round pick Josh Whyle on hand, but Okonkwo looks poised to maintain his spot as the top pass catcher among Tennessee's tight ends.
